• Clarifying the differences between stigma and discrimination
• Improving communication and eradicating mistrust to decrease stigma in your company
• Educating your employees about the legal rights of people living with HIV/AIDS with regards to stigma and discrimination
• Recognising common mistakes that are made within the workplace that lead to stigmatisation so that you can effectively eradicate it from your company
