Operational Hospital Management Conference (OHMC)

Improving performance, delivering better value and transforming the patient experience

The aim of the conference is to provide a practical and informative forum to better understand the challenges Hospital Management face. The emphasis is on local speakers discussing local issues with home-grown practical solutions. The conference aims to assist healthcare management with practical solutions to meet the ever-increasing demands being placed on services, clinicians and hospital resources.
